How do we know if we are being faithful? How do we know if we are truly faithful in our hearts and minds. We are faithful and maintain that faith through our love. That means not lust, but true and faithful and maintaining the love and our eyes on the Savior around every turn. One thing that I have learned is that I am truly challenged. I wouldn't say tempted all the time I would say challenged or tempted every turn I take. It's weird. I know that will happen to me every day. Even if I am stagnant, I am moving somewhere, and if that's for the good or the bad, I am always moving, so I want to move toward Christ. I want to have his spirit with me to fill me full of love and light.
When we are willing and wanting to serve our fellow men above our selves and we are willing to save our fellow men, truly I believe we are actually saving our souls. I love a scripture in D & C: 4:4: For behold the field is white and already to harvest; and lo, he that thrusteth in his sickle with his might, the same layeth up in store that he perisheth not, but bringeth salvation to his soul. What an interesting irony. When we serve others and give ourselves to them. We are actually saving our own souls. Giving ourselves to our fellow men. We forget about our problems we stoop down and fill the love that our Savior had when he paid the price for our sins. When He felt the pains beyond all that could be felt. When we serve our friends or fellow men we forget about lust and want to be faithful. 5/9/2019 0 Comments Indemnity with allstateAllstate has something called indemnity, it takes 18 months to get completely out of indemnity where you're actually seeing that you're a preferred policy holder. This is given you don't have any accidents or tickets or if you do that they drop off. With accidents on your record you can't get out of indemnity for 3 years after the official date that the incident occurred.
If you don't have any incidents then it's 18 months. 5/8/2019 0 Comments Allstat BonusWith Allstate's bonus programs, there are huge opportunity for gains and money increases. As an agency owner, you can get bonuses if you have a bundling growth of 1-4% from where the agency was from last year. You also have to hit a certain amount of production credit in order to qualify. For example if your book of business is $2.5 Million, you have to reach $25,000 for the year of production credit and your receive 4% of every million dollars that you have in your book, so if my book is $2.5 million and I reach all the qualifications, I don't know what they are yet, but I would get 4% of every one million dollars that I have as an agency. So I could potentially get $80,000 bonus. Which is fantastic. I believe it's doable. I want to qualify. I need to learn how to do it and achieve this.
This is very doable, learning how to sell and reach this bonus. Introducing products ect is what I want to do and really get it. I am going to learn how Allstate scales this bonus and how they really make things accessible and doable for agency owners. 5/7/2019 0 Comments Allstate FinancialHow long does it takes customers to get out of indemnity before they can get back to normal? 18 months. This also includes prior insurance from another company at a maximum of 6 months. Even if the customer has had insurance for 12 months Allstate only takes a maximum of 6 months of prior insurance to get out of indemnity.
Also, For out of country or missionaries. Most of the time in Utah, if you set the driver as a non driver the missionary needs to have the address of the mission home on file in order to actually have coverage when he gets back with Allstate, or they won't take it as prior because Allstate didn't have on file the address of the location out of country. This is required in order to have the insurance coverage when he gets back. When writing an auto policy with Allstate indemnity as well, for drivers who are indemnity (someone who's never had a license in the Country) don't need to show that they need prior insurance, they don't need to show that they intend to get their license, they don't need to have the license number on the policy, they're MVR is waived and it's written as indemnity. If it's not indemnity you need at least five years documentation of prior driving, they need a primary policy ect. So it's a really long process. But it sometimes is worth it to pay the 50% minimum down to get the indemnity if the down payment isn't that much. |
